About the author

Rev. Dr. Ralph Huling, pastor of Saint James Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia and New Hope Baptist Church in Lumpkin, Georgia. Dr. Huling is a Columbus native and Spencer High School graduate. He continued his education at Columbus State University, Troy State University, and received his Doctorate of Theology, Pastoral Theology from Andersonville Theology Seminary in Camilla, Georgia. Dr. Huling is a dynamic and profound educator and theologian whose reputation spans local, state, regional, national and international levels. He is well-known, well-respected and endeared by all who are blessed to encounter him. Dr. Huling is an Adjunct Professor at two of our local colleges. Dr. Huling is married to the charming and lovely, Mrs. Dorothy R. Huling. They have been blessed with two wonderful daughters, Daisha and Nekita, both of whom are also educators. This entire family is one of major influence in this community and an exemplary model for the Christian family. Rev. Dr. Ralph W.
