For some reason the pages were numbered using Roman numerals until the end matter. This results in an error when the book opens, showing the 15 pages of end material. If you use the scroll bar to go back the entire scan is there. There is quite a bit of textbook style introduction and preface material. I'm not complaining since it's a freebie. For those who want to jump right in, the story itself begins on page lxvii. Cheers!
