I liked Zoe she was neurotic, iron-willed and passionate. Ryder was aloof, alpha and ambitious. What they each lacked was faith in one another and the capacity to trust their feelings. The fear of how others would react and what they stood to loose almost cost them what was most important. Recently, I discovered author Sarah Ballance while reading another series and I am proud to say that she is an author worth seeking out. The ability to make a reader feel for characters that they may not like is a rare gift. One Night with the Billionaire is a HOT read. Received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Honestly I must say that the beginning of this book was a little shaky for me. It didn't really grab me until about a third of the way through. I'm glad I stuck with it though because by the end of the book I couldn't put it down. Ryder Nash never thought he would see Zoe Davenport again. Especially after her father made him an offer he couldn't refuse when they were younger. Now here she is, at his resort, and the chemistry between them is as strong as ever. He has too much to lose though, so she's hands off! Until she's not..... Ryder Nash is the last temptation Zoe Davenport needs. She was just stood up at the altar, thank goodness, so getting involved no just won't do. Avoiding the sexy resort owner is easier said than done though! Turned in to a great story and I would definitely recommend it!

One Night with the Billionaire by Sarah Ballance......Another fantastic story from Sarah Ballance. She writes the best book boyfriends ever, they are always hot, strong, sexy and oh so perfect. This story was fun, well written and sexy, I could not put down. I really enjoyed Ryder and Zoey's story be told. I highly recommend this book or any by Sarah Ballance. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

About the author

Sarah and her husband of what he calls "many long, long years" live on the mid-Atlantic coast with their six young children, all of whom are perfectly adorable when they're asleep. She never dreamed of becoming an author, but as a homeschooling mom, she often jokes she writes fiction because if she wants anyone to listen to her, she has to make them up. (As it turns out, her characters aren't much better than the kids). When not buried under piles of laundry, she may be found adrift in the Atlantic (preferably on a boat) or seeking that ever-elusive perfect writing spot where not even the kids can find her.

She loves creating unforgettable stories while putting her characters through an unkind amount of torture-a hobby that has nothing to do with living with six children. (Really.)
