Listen it's a good book. but there is a god awful main character (Violet) who I can stand she's messed up in the head and I don't know why Alex likes her like he can do much better And that's the ONLY problem. There are funny parts and it's clever.

I love hockey and sports romances... Throw in comedy to the mix and a really well written book and you have Helena Hunting Pucked. This is our book the Unicorns decided to read in our Mr Romance book club and I am so happy we did. It is funny while at the same time very well written. The storyline is not only believable it is something I would love to see on the tv too. Alex and Violet have chemistry from the instant they saw each other and they just bring us along for the ride. I look forward to more hockey heat from and hunting...

It's probably sad that I related to Violet, but loved the humor and silly inappropriate dialogue. Wonderful modern day fairytale. Would make for a great feature film!
