Regarding The Duke is a fantastic historical romance by Grace Callaway. Ms. Callaway has given readers a well-written book stuffed with outstanding characters. Gabriella is quiet and shy, even after she marries Adam, she stays out of his way. Adam's mother died before they reached England and a couple from the boat offered to help him find his father. Instead they forced him into stealing and any other dirty job they could get money for. Now he's a rich money lender with a wife and children and his plan to finish payback for all the wrongs done him is at hand. Adam and Gabriella's story is loaded with drama, humor, spice, action and suspense. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Grace Callaway in the future. Regarding The Duke is book 3 of the Game of Dukes Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliffhanger.

A brilliant story teller, Grace Callaway has created a highly charged story with characters that came off the page and held me spellbound until the end. Suspense, revenge, emotional longing and a romance that steamed up the pages and my heart . The prologue drew me in to the point of feeling tearful about Adam as a young lad and what he had to endure. It set the stage for his future and the person he would become... Gabriela felt a failure at everything. Trying to be a hostess at a party her father threw for her, being interesting and capturing the attention of a man. But when Adam Garrity, a dark, sinfully handsome man begins to pay her attention, it seems all may end up right in the world. Adam has his secrets and those include revenge and he takes no prisoners. He marries Gabriela and they seem happy on the surface. But when an accident affects his memory, it seems to make him into a different man without his horrible past looming and his need for revenge. Can this be the real Adam and can they truly be happy now? Or will the past come back to haunt them both? Grace Callaway has me mesmerized with her amazing stories which have made me a fan for life! Looking forward to the next in this series!

If you're a fan of the Heart of Enquiry series like me, then you've probably been waiting for Gabby and Adam's book. I'm happy to say that I absolutely enjoyed their story. The romance is both heartfelt and steamy — you always get the best of both worlds with Grace Callaway. The mystery surrounding Adam's past is also very intriguing and engaging. How does an author write a romance about a couple who's been married for 8 years? I'm impressed with how she wrote such a fulfilling romance between a couple who's been married for so long. Doors that were previously closed were opened and our couple explored newfound intimacy, both physical and emotional. I was thoroughly engaged with their romance and character development. Gabby coming out of her shell and finally seeing her self-worth and Adam realizing that he is already at peace with his past — both character arcs made the relationship development that much more emotional and special.
