My first book by Jenny and I thoroughly enjoyed Mated Rivals. I found the storyline to be a well written exciting, hot and fun based on a enemies-to-lovers, straight to gay, mafia romance trope. The main characters Antonio and Cassius are from rival mafia families who end up mated to each other without realising it which leaves them both in a compromising position! A unique storyline which definitely made a change and this as well as the great chemistry between them kept me completely hooked as they overcome the opposing mafia obstacle before they can get their hea!. Mated Rivals is a fun and entertaining enemies-to-lovers mafia romance. Antonio and Cassius are both from rival mafia families and find themselves in quite a compromising predicament when they unknowingly mated to one another. One is aware of this bond, while the other is completely surprised and shocked. Both Antonio and Cassius have sizzling chemistry which made for an exciting story where I didn't know how they would achieve their HEA given the dire circumstances surrounding their mafia ties
