Overall I certainly enjoy reading Book 3 of The Gallagher Brothers Series Carrie Ann Ryan has created a very powerful captivating story, with fascinating characters that can engage your attention from the beginning to the end of the book. This story reminds me that if anything can happen it will happen, since we don't know when or if cancer will tear your world apart. It's better to tell those you love that you love them every day and live your life to the fullest. This is Murphy Gallagher and Tessa Stone story. Murphy is the youngest in his family, he loves being the favorite uncle. But he had to learned at a young age that you have to fight to make life worth living especially when cancer ravages your body. Tessa is the type of woman that works hard at her job and lives for now. So what happens when fate brings together two people who both like to flirt and they think it's harmless fun but they forget about their close association until their attraction to each other explodes changing both their lives forever. WOW! This is one really captivating story that you'lI enjoy and can't stop reading it or put your reader down. There is plenty of drama, witty arguments that keep you turning page after page. I have to admit this book will keep you on the edge of your seat for most of this story. It's so emotional that you will need a box of Kleenex and maybe someone to help put out the fire along with a fan or two. I have always enjoyed reading Carrie Ann Ryan books because she is a Awesome writer who is charming and very sweet person that's easy to admire. I am one of her book stalkers. The characters are engaging with the kind of sensual sexy scenes that will put a blush on your face for awhile to come. But I must say that I found myself laughing out loud at times during this story. So if you are in need of a phenomenal book to read this summer. Then buy Hope Restored Gallagher Brothers Book 3, but I am sad that this is the last Gallagher brother book but I know the next book she writes with be another PHENOMENAL Read! Wow, OMG, sucking in of breath, noooooooo are some of the words and emotions I used for this book. It was blinking brilliant, a great edition and last book for the Gallagher brothers series by the genius that is Carrie Ann Ryan. I loved this book and my heart was pounding as I read about Murphy's diagnosis and then his best friend. Then I was left astounded when as I read I knew or had an inkling who the baddie was. Murphy is the youngest brother of the Gallagher's and has survived leukemia as a youngster twice and making a friend in Max who was going through the same. He is tired, cranky and his muscles ache but he thinks nothing of it as he plays with his neice. It's not until Tessa sees the bruising that all hell let's loose. It's CLL another adult form of leukemia. As he under goes treatment he sees his long time friend Max who also has the disease again. As time goes on tessa and Murphy get closer together all the while not knowing that someone from her past might be stalking them. Someone close to Murphy dies as they are in a chair next to each other and he is heart broken. A massive amount of emotions were going through me through that chapter and I did cry a little. I can admit to that. The blast from the path comes back at Liz's wedding and tragedy strikes but who is the victim? Will Murphy survive this last bout of illness? That would spoil the book and you need to buy it. I thoroughly recommend the Gallagher brother series. I devoured the book from from the first page to the end in one sitting. I voluntarily reviewed this book as an advanced reader copy.

I'm kind of sad to see that this is the end of the Gallagher Brothers series. I loved them all! Murphy most of all has captured my heart fully. It broke for him, cried for him, and eventually loved for him. I was sad in some parts of the journey that he had to go through all over again. I was afraid for him Carrie writes through the emotions so well that you sometimes feel them as your own. We met Tessa in the previous book as Liz's best friend and former roommate. I laughed at the banter which was down right sexy between Murphy and Tessa. They truly started off as great friends. Then it eventually grows into something more. But Murphy's life is turned upside down by events that are out of his control. All we can do is hope for the best. Tessa shows her loyalty by staying by his side, even through the scary stuff. Murphy puts Tessa first when she runs into danger. There was some sad moments that had me teary eyed. All in all if I could give Hope Restored 10 stars, I would in a heart beat! I love Carrie Ann Ryan's writing and can not wait to continue on with the Montgomery Ink clan.
