About this ebook

What if black holes are not only cosmic objects—but symbols of consciousness itself?

What if the ancient yogis were exploring inner universes long before modern science began searching the stars?

Black Hole Yoga: The Hidden Connection Between Humans and the Cosmos is a captivating exploration of consciousness, Kundalini Yoga, mythology, cosmology, and the profound relationship between the inner and outer universe.

Blending ancient spiritual wisdom with modern scientific curiosity, this thought-provoking book invites readers to contemplate how symbolic teachings from the Puranas and yogic traditions may illuminate timeless questions about existence, energy, awareness, and cosmic evolution. Rather than presenting fixed conclusions, it encourages open-minded inquiry into the fascinating parallels between spirituality and the cosmos.

For thousands of years, spiritual knowledge was expressed through myths, symbols, deities, and sacred narratives. Black Hole Yoga revisits these ancient allegories through the lens of meditation, Kundalini awakening, black holes, dark energy, and the evolution of consciousness. As these symbolic worlds unfold, surprising connections begin to emerge between mythology, the human mind, and the mysteries of the universe.

Written in a clear and engaging style, this book explores black holes as symbolic gateways to the unknown depths of consciousness, while yoga becomes a living process of inner transformation and self-discovery. Mythology, philosophy, cosmology, and contemplative practice come together to present a fresh perspective on humanity's search for truth.

This is not a conventional science textbook, nor a traditional religious scripture. It is a philosophical and imaginative exploration inspired by yoga, spirituality, cosmology, mythology, and modern scientific thought. Readers are invited to approach its ideas with curiosity, reflection, and a spirit of exploration.

Inside this book, you will discover:

• Symbolic connections between black holes and consciousness

• Ancient spiritual allegories viewed through modern insight

• Kundalini Yoga as a journey of inner evolution

• Hidden dimensions of mythology and the Puranas

• New perspectives on meditation, nondual awareness, and self-realization

• The meeting point of science, philosophy, and spirituality

• A contemplative vision of consciousness, energy, and cosmic mystery

Ideal for readers interested in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, Sanatana Dharma, consciousness studies, cosmology, philosophy, mystical symbolism, spiritual psychology, comparative religion, and metaphysical exploration, Black Hole Yoga offers a unique blend of imagination, philosophical reflection, and lived spiritual experience.

Some chapters in this book were originally published in the author's Kundalini Science and Spiritual Psychology series and have been carefully integrated into this expanded work to present a unified exploration of consciousness and the cosmos.

Written from the perspective of lived experience rather than institutional doctrine, Premyogi Vajra explores yoga, meditation, mythology, tantra, psychology, and nondual awareness through a deeply personal and contemplative lens. His work seeks to build meaningful dialogue between ancient wisdom and modern understanding while preserving the experiential heart of spiritual inquiry.

Whether your passion is black holes, consciousness, yoga, mythology, meditation, cosmology, or the timeless quest to understand reality, Black Hole Yoga offers an inspiring journey into one of humanity's greatest mysteries—the hidden connection between humans and the cosmos.

About the author

Premyogi Vajra is not a conventional teacher—he is a direct explorer of consciousness whose work arises from lived experience rather than formal scholarship or institutional teaching.

Author of more than 60 books in Hindi and English, his writing spans a wide spectrum of inquiry into spirituality, inner awareness, and human perception. Yet, his work is not rooted in abstract theory—it emerges from direct observation and practical exploration of consciousness itself.

His journey into inner transformation has been shaped by deep meditation, tantric understanding, and what he calls practical spiritual research—an approach that places experience above belief. Along this path, he has encountered profound states of awareness, including moments where the sense of individuality dissolves into a unified field of consciousness—states often described in yogic traditions as samadhi.

He has undergone two significant awakenings. The first unfolded spontaneously in a dream state during adolescence. The second arose through deliberate and systematic yogic practice in his forties. He has also reached states approaching keval kumbhak—the spontaneous suspension of breath—associated with nirvikalpa samadhi. Yet, he remains grounded in the understanding that such realization is not fully stabilized, and continues his practice with sincerity and dedication.

During his first awakening, he observed nonduality directly. Inspired by that experience, he intuitively developed Sharirvigyan Darshan as a practical framework to help maintain an awakened state while living in the world, to a greater or lesser extent. With this he got second awakening. After his second awakening, he similarly developed its equivalent and nondual Quantum Darshan through intuitive insight arising from that experience.

Rather than following rigid systems or borrowed doctrines, his path has been intuitive and experiential—focused on directly perceiving truth rather than adopting it from external authorities.

Beyond his inner explorations, Premyogi Vajra lives a balanced and grounded life. He has a deep interest in organic farming and animal welfare, reflecting his connection with nature and sustainable living. He enjoys meaningful cinema with his family, often combining it with travel and shared experiences.

His journeys are not merely recreational—they are driven by curiosity, observation, and a desire to understand life in its diverse expressions. In his quieter moments, he turns to music, playing the flute, harmonium, and guitar. Reading and writing remain his inborn passions.

Through his work, he does not seek followers, nor does he promote fixed doctrines. Instead, he extends an invitation—

to question, to explore, and to discover truth directly.

This book is one such invitation.
