I really wanted to like this book but jada was annoying the whole book. It was really really disappointing. Max did nothing to win her back it was a total failure and i truly enjoy reading this author books and enjoyed the whole series. The little girl was to young for the story they gave her. At least she should have been 12. Very disappointed

This book was very disappointing. I really tired to like the heroine, Jada but could only feel annoyance at how pitiful and pathetic she was. Max is depicted as an arrogant SOB who is quite disrespectful of Jada and yet she's obsessed with him. Wish she loved herself as much as she loved him. Definitely not my favorite book by Ms. Yaye or this series.
