I truly enjoyed this book! The style and the quality of the writing and the descriptions were excellent and beautiful, and intriguing the plot, the unexpected turns, the pacing, and the numerous endearing and complex characters all made for a very enjoyable read without being predictable! It had everything I was looking for to take me away from all the stresses and struggles of mundane everyday life, and was just the sort of escape I needed, especially right now with everything happening around us: there was plenty of fantasy, action, romance, mystery, tragedy, and suspense, which made for an overall thrilling adventure! I was instantly transported into the world of Mórceá and hooked from the start! I'm now intrigued to learn more about how the rest of the trilogy will progress!
