About this ebook

A newbie witch. A thousand year old curse. Skye Williams is on a crash course with disaster…

Of all the things Skye Williams ever thought she’d be, a witch wasn’t one of them.

Now her power has been unleashed, she must prepare for a war that’s been brewing for centuries. Easier said than done when she doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing, and keeping it a secret isn’t all it’s cracked up to be either.

She can’t light a candle to save herself, her new employee may or may not be a fae spy, things are awkward with her new shapeshifter boyfriend, Boone, then her ex shows up out of the blue. He wants her back, and he’s not prepared to let her go without a fight. Talk about complicated.

The battles for magic and Skye’s heart are on, but when a prophecy is delivered from an unlikely source, things get worse. Much worse.

Someone’s trying to break the curse that’s keeping the greatest evil Ireland’s ever seen off its shores, and Skye is the key to breaking it. One thing’s for certain, whoever is out for her blood can’t get their hands on her, or the battle is over before it’s even begun.

Crescent Prophecy is the second book in The Crescent Witch Chronicles, a series stuffed full of Irish charm, myth and mayhem. Come on an adventure fraught with danger and forbidden romance...and the ultimate battle to save magic before it's gone forever.

I purchased this book with the hopes that it would be better than the first, and I was somewhat disappointed. Didn't seem like the world in this book was complex enough to keep me interested. Every so often, I would hope things would start to ramp up a little, but this story just lacked momentum for me. I also LOVE when chapters end with the right amount of suspense, and that was also something this story lacked. Sadly, it was just a little too bland for my taste.
