Story takes place a few weeks later. it starts where bryant has to find his magical mess ups and contain them. enter nutty mcdragon. new villain in this book. the sisters are still present but they take a backseat to the real bad guy. Bryant & company has to figure out who created and sent the witch hunter to get him and his friends. Not only does he have to worry about magical catastrophic events -- but also his parents want to ship him off to boarding school. In another country. All with the pretense of keeping him safe. after discovering who wants him dead, a trek to find the magical library ends up being a bit of disaster. but really any adventures with Eric is going to end up this way even though Eric is suave -- Bryant is too much of a nerd to be cool and collective. glad the series is continuing on with small variations in the plot instead of the same storyline over and over again. I hope every new book brings on a new adventure for for BFF trio and their illustrious leader.

This series just keeps getting better and better! I’ve been pulled into Bryant’s world and I’m anxious to see what’s in store for him and what this means for his girlfriend Elizabeth who’s a seer and his best friend Devon known among the magical as an adventurer. Both Bryant and Elizabeth are honing their gifts. Devon wonders where he fits in through all of it. Thrust into the world of magic, they’re all finding their way with the help of Eric who has taken them all on as their mentor. Together they take on The Ladies to change the way magic is accessible. Another battle will ensue, but who will come out the victor?!

About the author

Megan started writing when she discovered playing Cordelia in King Lear leaves you way too much time waiting backstage. She began her career as an author during an ill-fated trip to Oz. She hasn't stopped writing (even when living on a tour bus) since.

Megan's wanderlust has led her all over the globe. When she's not planning her next escapade, she's diving into fantasy worlds where she doesn't have to worry about what rules she's supposed to follow or how many pairs of socks she can fit in her suitcase.

Her latest series, Fracture Pact, finds seven teens pulling off the heist of the century to save magic. Psst…this book may feed on her love of Newport, RI, Manhattan, Las Vegas, mountains, and botanical gardens. Megan has a weakness for road trips. Having vampires, werewolves, mermaids, and hackers involved just adds to the excitement.

Her love of storytelling has helped Megan weave her real-life exploits into eight different book series. From the epic fantasy world of Ilbrea to the paranormal dystopian romance of Girl of Glass, there is always a new way to escape into adventure.

Megan would love to connect with you on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or TikTok but feels obliged to warn you in advance that you will be hearing about her cats…a lot.
