Ratings and reviews

I found myself drawn into the story because of the attention to detail and backstory reminders where helpful. AZ sounds gorgeous. I also thought it was neat that there were a few times, in which, it seemed Angela was addressing the reader. Angela's thought process has been documented - how her mind makes correlations, silent judgments, and speculations about the future. All-in-all, I enjoyed this story. It didn't have any major surprises, but it was very entertaining and I liked the ending.

A great "new adult" paranormal romance series.. This 3 book set is part of a 10 book series, BUT you could just read these 3 and stop bcz the remaining books do continue the story, but each book concentrates on other witches, with Angela & Conner making appearances of their story, too. I really enjoyed this as a trilogy better, but am trying to read the 10 books hoping for more about Angela's babies.....currently on book 6

If you're looking for a book about a new prima coming into her own and protecting her clan in the face of danger this is not it. This is more like a house wifes half thought out fantasy. The main character is selfish and treats her family like crap. Did not feel she deserved a happy ending. First book was good and set the rest of the series up to be worth reading. Second book is 90% garbage, skipped most of it and missed nothing. Last one tied everything up, did not leave me wanting more.
