Williams will lead the MLBPA in complex and historic negotiations with the MLB Owners Committee and new MLBFA, and eventually become a successful Congressman and Governor of Massachusetts.

About the author

Michael A. Connelly, a retired senior financial executive who grew up around Boston, reads and studies extensively on the economic issues of the day. He has a master’s degree from Northeastern University, played semi-pro baseball, and is an ardent Red Sox and Patriots fan.
