This is book one in the American Heiresses series, what a great place to start. Jen Turano is one of my favorite authors. Her books are full of history, humor, Drama, Romance and so much more. I can't wait for book two. The beautiful Miss Isadora Delafield learns a lot about herself, things she must change and things she must learn to embrace. Mr. Ian MacKenzie too will learn things about himself that he must embrace or change. Ian and Isadora are quite the pair. I love the sparks hat fly between them and the growth in both of them.

I have just read the sample but i will definitely buy this book. This reminds me of the real life stories of Mrs.Vanderbilt's behavior towards her daughter.
