About this ebook

Here's a chapter book of contemporary fables about a rambunctious group of fourth graders and their amazing teacher—the globe-trotting, Mayan-ceremonial-robe-wearing Mr. Jupiter—that is sure to delight students and teachers alike. There's Calvin Tallywong, who wants to go back to kindergarten. But when he actually gets the chance, he's forced to do the squirrel dance and wear a school bus name tag. The moral of his story? Be careful what you wish for. Then there's Amisha Spelwadi, who can spell wildebeest, no problem. When Mr. Jupiter asks the class to spell cat, all Amisha can come up with is kat. The moral: Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Kids will laugh out loud as they learn tried-and-true lessons in this funny, fast-paced book. And don't miss the class's continued adventures in The Fabled Fifth Graders of Aesop Elementary School by Candace Fleming.

This is my favorite book I have EVER read! i am only 10 but still! Being a fourth grader the title caught my atteion, and so did the book. I love Mrs Candace Fleming's mind. I love how this book can flip flop around to different places and parts but you can still understand the book. That is hard to do but Candace could do it with Perfection! I also love how the end of each chaper can have a moral, it can entertian while teach, and that is a true writing gift! My favorite part is.. is... THE WHOLE BOOK! that is another thing i love, you cant have a fovorite part because all are amazing! The only thing i ask is a part 3! "The Fabled Sixth Graders at Aesop Middle School! That would be HEAVEN! But i still havent read the fifth grade one so i look forward to that and maybe sixth grade too! Your tiny Friend: Austin L. Ellis P.S. I have also read a few of your other book and i want to say keep up the great work
