This book is composed of my memories, my mishaps, my struggles, my survival and my songs. Unfiltered. I went deep into my childhood and gave the scared little girl inside of me a big voice. I let the abandoned and ambitious adolescent have her say, and the betrayed and triumphant woman I became tell her side.
Writing this memoir was incredibly hard, humbling and healing. My sincere hope is that you are moved to a new understanding, not only about me, but also about the resilience of the human spirit.

Im trying to find a physical copy and every retailer is only selling online or download versions. Whatever happened to audiobooks you could buy and keep? Steaming audiobooks is fine but there should be other options.

The words in my vocabulary aren't strong enough to articulate how amazing this memoir is. The writing in addition to Mariah telling her story in her own words in such a fun, witty personality is a treasure..far more than expected. There are people who come into your life and they try and break you. When you're strong you shine even brighter. Mariah shared her soul and her writing team definitely took the time to get into the true essence of Mariah. Everything about her completely makes sense and she is truly a Queen #Lambily for life.

Reading Mariah Carey Life story teaches us to be strong no matter what, to remain firm in faith that despite of all the chaos, struggles that we are facing right now we just have to fight back keeping our inner self strong and holding on to God, I love Mariah Carey so much it was a heartbreaking to know that she go through those things but it was also amazing that despite of all those chaos she remained still and there it is the gift was given, the success, the twins the blessings, it just shows that after the storms a rainbow will appear full of miracles and blessings. She is an inductee into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Carey remains forever thankful and fiercely loyal to her global family of fans.
Ms. Carey is the mother of two children, Moroccan and Monroe.
