This book is both a Doctor Who novel and a Multiverse novel, as such, it is more likely to appeal to the fan who lies in the intersection of these two things. Moorcock does an amazing job writing what is both an interesting and humorous novel. At times, it feels as if he is channeling Douglas Adams, and at other times, he's just pure Moorcock.

Born in London in 1939, he now lives in Texas.
