Twilight was the first book I've picked up to read since high school. I thought, "A human girl in love with a vampire, or better yet, a vampire in love with a human girl." I had to read it, and when I did, I couldn't put it down until I'd finished. Then I moved on to the second book, "New Moon" and that one was all right. I hated the beginning when Edward left Bella because he wanted to keep her safe. That's where she ended up hanging out with Jacob Black. Even though they've been friends for years, Jacob was always in love with Bella. And sure, she had feelings for him too, but not in the same way she did for Edward. Then I read the third book in the series, "Eclipse" and that one was actually boring throughout most of it. It told the story of the vampire world years ago, and how everything was different back then. Then the final book, "Breaking Dawn" was pretty good. At least I thought it was. I knew that Bella would become one of them sooner or later, why she didn't in the first book, I couldn't tell you, but it finally happened. A lot of people were disappointed with "Breaking Dawn" but I thought it was good. Stephanie Meyer did a good job with her imagination. She's a brilliant author and I can't wait to read more of her work.

You have obviously NOT read a single word in the entire series except for vampire and Edward cullen, because almost all of your facts are wrong. One major thing, VAMPIRES DON"T SLEEP IN COFFINS!!! They don't sleep at all you idiot! And you can see them in a mirror. That was just in the first twenty pages! I advise all readers of this review to skip it and move on to something Stephanie actually approves of.

This book has some interesting information about vampire lore, but I think it should have more Twilight and less of the other stories. There was too much for me about traditional vampires, like coffins and shape-changing, that is never mentioned in Twilight.
