About this ebook

The adventure begins in the new graphic novel by comics legend Paul Pope.

Monsters roam through Arcopolis, swallowing children into the horrors of their shadowy underworld. Only one man is a match for them - the genius vigilante Haggard West.

Unfortunately, Haggard West is dead.
Arcopolis is desperate, but when its salvation comes in the form of a twelve-year-old demigod, nobody is more surprised than Battling Boy himself.

IT'S TIME TO MEET AN ELECTRIFYING NEW HERO.

This story is original, yet a classic, a tale of a young hero in the making, feeling his way to find his inner strengths to meet the challenges of his testing phase between childhood and puberty. There is wit, satire, humor, joy, intrigue, and good will in this story! The art is fabulous, the book's quality design is top notch, and the story moves along as beautifully as the artwork does, page after wonderful page! It is a real treat to read! Enjoy it at your own risk! You will want to stay up late to finish it and buy some extra copies for adults and kids alike! Be prepared to spend more money than you anticipated over the long run, as you will be giving it away as gifts!
