Marina Adair always manages to write stories that allow the reader to put themselves in the characters shoes. The circumstances in Sugar on Top could happen to anyone. Glory keeps getting the short end of the stick despite trying to do the right thing. Cal is also trying to find his way after a contentious divorce while raising his teen daughter. This book was a feel good read. It reminds that even though life may get you down, don't stay down. Keep on moving and blessings can happen when you least expect them to. Sugar on Top by Marina Adair is a must read. Was given this book for an honest review.
