The Meditation Workbook covers so many aspects of meditation from the basics of breathing through to self awareness and visualization. I found it to be a great tool while learning about meditation. I liked the inclusion of You tube videos cause sometimes a visual works better. A great book for beginners. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
