i started to read thia book a hard cover though not online and it was so repetative in a very strange manner i kept telling myself may be its the begging and the auther wants to emphasis/lay foundation but i realised that there was not much to say and went around in circles tryong to brain wash the reader with nothing much, i couldnt finish reading it.its neither informative nor entertaining

Book is mostly plagarized from hindu sutras. His "enlightened act" on stage is just theatrical play acting, trying to mimic yoda. Silly and destructive teachings. Typical low functioning new age cult leader. People in south asia wouldnt think much of this cultural appropriation. Silly, but destructive.

I read A new earth in like 2008 when I was only 19 or 20 yr old girl. I had never been a big reader / book lover but had recently read the twilight series and LOVED EVERY SEC. soSEC. SO I you curious wheniu oprah speaking about it and got it. It changed my life! Seriously and The power of now is equally as amazing. I also watch the author Eckhart Tolle on YouTube a lot now. I recommend anything Eckhart is behind or apart of ... seriously Amazing stuff! The way he words / describes the ego, pain, the human condition,etc ..so simply is incredible. He always backs everything he speaks of siteing the bible and other religions quoting sources like jesus and buddha and others. I have had so many copies of these 2 books but I give my hard copy away and buy a new one all the time bc I kno it can solve anyone's misery. Anyone ready to let go of the pain by being here in the now, aware. You're the quiet awareness listening 2 the bad thoughts not the thinker, that's ur pain body!
