I don't expect tales like this to be 100% accurate, but this one is too divergent from works of Blavatsky and Samael Aun Weor who I believe provided the mythological framework for tales like these. For example, claiming that the civilizations of Lemuria and Atlantis coexisted requires a moderate suspension of disbelief, but when it goes on to say that humans and dinosaurs lived together only 50k years ago it's too much, and discredits the entire work. I won't be finishing this one.
