Stumbled across this book at my school library. Having been interested in the Warrior Cats stories, I read this intriguing book a few years ago. Not too shabby!

This is the best book that was ever published in the world. I would rate it 100 stars if I could. It shows anyone can be or beat anything. And you don't have to be the same as everyone to be the best. E.g. Varjak Paw had amber eyes and every other Mesoptamian Blue had green ones except Jalal(The Blue's God). They thought he wasn't a true blue but him and Jalal were the only true Blue's there.

I read this when i was eight years old. It was so good i tead it in two days!! It is know my favourite book and always will be.

Dave McKean (Illustrator)
Dave McKean has illustrated and designed many ground-breaking books and graphic novels including Varjak Paw (SF Said), The Magic of Reality (Richard Dawkins), The Savage (David Almond) and The Graveyard Book (Neil Gaiman). He wrote and illustrated Pictures That Tick and the multi-award winning Cages. He has created hundreds of CD and comic covers and directed five short and three feature films.
