About the author

Coming from a small town Fatehpur (Sekhawati) in Rajasthan, Deokinandan Deora, graduated in Science from Rajasthan University. Thereafter he completed his master’s in law from Mumbai University. He is a member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and also of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than forty years of experience in corporate management at top levels. Being a techno-commercial person, he has been instrumental in bringing turnaround in many organizations. He led with distinction teams of senior managers in many companies. Travelled widely within and outside India, he is well versed with world class management practices. He has attended many seminars and training programs on various management topics. He has hands on experience in almost all-important functions of a manufacturing organization. Starting from Laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, factory administration, Purchase, sales, he reached to the top levels of Vice-President and President in various big organizations. He worked as President of Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited for about fifteen years, before starting his own company Plenty Plastics Pvt. Ltd. in November 2011.He has used his rich experience to explain various factors, which play important role in achieving success.
