This is a great book to have. It's rare to find a book with so much useful information that's provided in an informative, non-preachy manner. I read a lot of books about the enviroment and often times I feel as though the author is trying to make me feel terrible about every choice that I make. This book gives you the information and let's you know that there isn't always a perfect, single answer to everything. It's sort of a here's-the- info-now-pick-the-lesser-of-the-evils for you-style which I appreciate. Also, the information is local (if you are Canadian) which is something that's pretty hard to find.
