Do not buy this book for google play.text is too small to see and it's not formatted to zoom in or change font size. It's useless and unreadable. Google will also ignore your requests for a refund once you realize what a terribly weak effort they put into turning this dazzling print into a ebook.

I practice Hatha yoga both morning and evening two hours at a time. I can remain without food but not without yoga practice. It is so nourishing. Such a book I was looking for many years. Western people go very deep into the subject which we Indians lack..
