Controlling High Blood Pressure the Natural Way is an easy to read, and informative way to begin your journey to creating a more healthful body and spirit. Many of the techniques and natural remedies found here are thousands of years old and are time tested as well as scientifically proven. I especially like how clear and easy-going the writing is in this book, instilling confidence that this journey to health is possible and enjoyable! I also gained a great deal of insight into what is happening to my body that causes high blood pressure. I look forward to using the many tools outlined in this book.
