it has a lot of spelling mistakes and some sentences are disjointed. It seemed like this book was not checked and edited before published. The action scenes could be written better. I didn't felt engaged in the story. The plot and storyline was easy enough to figure out, it's a common plot in most sci-fi fantasy action stories. Not complicated. It could be a great read if it was screened and edited well.

I thought it was a excellent book. The writing style is good and the characters are interesting. kinda had a little bit of Firefly feel from the tv show in the early 2000's. looking forward to continuing the series and also checking out other books from this author.

 A.R. Knight writes sci-fi and fantasy in the frozen north of Wisconsin. With a pair of cats keeping him company, he enjoys delving into adventures that are as much about the villain as the hero.
