About the author

Enamul Haque (এনামুল হক) is an author, researcher and data whisperer best known for working with global companies such as Wipro, Microsoft, Capgemini, Nokia, and HCL Technologies, as well as for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and International Telecommunication Union (ITU). When it comes to AI-driven RPA (Intelligent Process Automation), service integration and management, and digital transformation, he has worked with several Fortune 500 businesses. His writing topics include IT Service Management, Cloud Computing, AI, IoT, and Big Data analytics. A veteran of the IT industry, his resume boasts more than 29 years of service.

Enamul is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Coventry's London campus, where he imparts his expertise in the business world to MBA students.
