I have been training for a while now but have only just started broadening my knowledge about the body and the affects exercise has on it. This is a very good book for basic exercises and the muscles being used. The content is very well displayed with a great "opening" to each chapter breaking down the specific muscle group with handy diagrams so you can see where and which muscles are being trained. I do still go back to this book when I want to build my sessions. If you have any knowledge of physiology dont bother with this book as it is basic.

Out of 10 previews with related title this one is a no brainer . It combines the anatomy part associated with bodybuilding. The illustrations are exceptional relating to the physics of weightlifting and the price anyone can relate to. It convince me to have Author and publisher on my list. I only hope this author comes out with bigger edition with the same price of value that appeals to people like myself. BIG 6 stars!!!
