As a rosie goodwin fan, ive read almost all her books and thought this novel to be one of her finest....easy reading..this book will touch your heart..although I did feel that some of the story was a little unbelievable in places, I still thouroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it..be prepared to have a lump in your throat towards the end of the book!!

This has been a fascinating read it had me gripped right from the start, it made me smile and it made me cry I'm sorry its come to an end.

I just could not put it down. Reading it into the early hours. Sad in parts but a wonderful story from beginning to end.

About the author

Rosie Goodwin's first book, The Bad Apple, was published in 2004 by Headline. Since then she has gone on to write many more classic and contemporary sagas. She is also the first author in the world to be allowed to follow three of Catherine Cookson's trilogies with her own sequels. Before becoming a published author, Rosie worked in Social Services. She is now amongst the top 100 most borrowed UK authors and her books regularly appear in the Bookseller's 'Heatseekers' charts. Rosie has children and lives in Warwickshire with her husband and her four Shihtzus.
