It is a short and easy read. The plot is simple, straightforward and we do not have too many confusions or misunderstandings in the plot. I would line it up after Pride & Prejudice and Emma in Jane Austen's reads. I started reading it after watching the TV movie adaptation, which was really charmingly made.
