I couldn't finish it quit by chapter 5. the main character is a whining moron. don't blame husband for leaving. didn't even get to the main plot bed it dragged and dragged so I deleted it from my phone

Half the pages in the latter half wouldn't download but it didn't matter to me as I'd lost interest by that time. A very silly book. 09.01.2021

Oh my! This was a hilarious read - Barbara Marr just spoke to me. It's a very character based novel, heavy on the giggle factor with the whodunit factor a fluffy little filling. An enormously enjoyable read. Flows easily, extremely well written & edited. So glad to add author Karen Cantwell to my list of favourite new authors. The rest of the Barbara Marr mystery series has now been added to my "To Read" list. Highly recommended read.
