Diese Küken sind niedlich und ganz einfach zu häkeln. Man braucht nur einen Rest Wolle und weniger als zwei Stunden für ein Küken. Die Größe der Küken hängt von der Größe der Häkelnadeln und der Garnstärke ab und davon, wie fest sie ausgestopft werden. Eine größere Häkelnadel und dickeres Garn haben eine größere Puppe als Ergebnis. Eine fester ausgestopfte Puppe ist größer als eine, die nur locker ausgestopft ist.Für das große Küken habe ich mitteldicke Wolle und eine 5 mm Häkelnadel benutzt und den Faden doppelt genommen. Für die mittlegroßen Küken hake ich mitteldickes Garn und eine 4 mm Häkelnadel mit nur einem Faden gehäkelt. Für die kleinsten Küken habe ich Baumwollhäkelgarn (125 m / 50 g) und eine 3 mm Häkelnadel genommen.
Größe: Die Küken und Eier sind 7,5 cm groß.
