I found this book extremely useful. It consists of simple practical exercises that help us clear our mind of useless baggage from the past that drags us down. The execises consist of verbalising our regrets from the past, writing them down, analyzing them logically, understanding why holding on to them is detrimental to our own well-being, and making a conscious decision to just let them go. In some cases, we may decide to make reparations for injustices that we have done to others in the past. That is one aspect of the self-healing process. The writing process, which turns our vague, ill-formed and unclear emotions into clearly articulated ideas, is an important part of this exercise. Through this we are able to understand and clarify to ourselves our 'vague feelings' in a logical way and can thereby deal with them practically. Everyone can benefit immensely by doing the exercises given in this book.
