I love my hardback book! Was very excited to find this for the convenience! I too would like a refund as it is slow, crashes, therefore useless. I'm sick I didn't read the reviews. I really dislike throwing money away and I feel that's just what I've done this evening by making this purchase! Wasted way too much time as well. Pretty frustrated and disappointed.

Was a great bible, but then it froze up. I opened up a Psalms and it just locked up. I see that others had the same problem. After locking up, it then messed up google play books for me. I had to uninstall and resinstall all my books. I hoped that would fix the bible, but it froze again. So I had to uninstall everything again, and then reinstall everything but the bible. It seems that people are still having problems with the bible. I also wish they would fix the problem as I paid for a book that I cannot use anymore.

On my old phone, it worked great. With new phone, Had to re-download book SEVERAL times, taking approx. 20 mins. or more each time. Still won't load...please fix whatever glitch caused this problem. I miss using this bible...even contacted Google Play Books...it's not a problem with my Google account. My phone is new and I've downloaded several books this week with no problem; therefore, the problem must lie with this particular book. Oh, and apparently this supposedly downloaded bible that refuses to open is apparently 17039 pages long! 😕😇
