《果老星宗》，又稱《七政四餘》，是中國古代占星學系統。所謂的「七政四餘」是指以人的出生之年月日，藉由觀察七政四餘等星曜，所居十二宮的廟旺，所躔二十八宿的度數，以測知人生日之吉凶。《果老星宗》據傳為張果老所傳，而由李憕進行文字整理，書中記載李憕與張果老問答對話，內容包括七政四餘等中國占星術的新興概念。（維基百科）果老星宗，又稱七政四餘，是星命學巔峰之作。相傳其作者是唐代星命大師張果所著，書名也因此而來。（每日頭條）

　　張果，唐代時道士，精通服氣，修煉內丹。他的事蹟最早見於《明皇雜錄》卷下：「張果者，隱於恆州條山。常往來汾晉間，時人傳有長年秘術，……唐太宗、高宗屢征之不起，則天召之出山，佯死於妒女廟前。……後有人於恆州山中復見之。」；生平又見於《大唐新語》卷十，《新唐書·張果傳》乃至於《資治通鑑》卷二一四，開元二十二年載：「方士張果自言有神仙術……」，基本均取材於此。中唐以後，張果逐漸被神話，後來成為民間神話中的八仙之一，被稱為張果老。（維基百科）
