About the author
The authors are a father and son duo, who have excelled in their respective fields. Dr. Correa is a seasoned HR professional who leads the function at a prominent continuously managed, diversified financial and consultancy house. His primary research focus has been on employability studies and bridging the industry-academia gap while being a part of various advisory boards. He is also a guest lecturer at various business schools, a keynote speaker at various events/conferences including the IIMs & IITs and has been invited to several international conferences by UNDP, SIDA(Sweeden) and the ICAAP amongst others, as well. Savio Correa, on the other hand, is a corporate trainer, success coach, and the Director of St. Jude’s Business Training Centre (estd. 1966). With an experience of four decades, he is well known for his seminars/ training sessions in organisations such as Wacker Chemie, Standard Chartered, Crompton Greaves, Otis Elevators, and many more. He has contributed in his own humble way to the alleviation of the problems of education, employee productivity, and employment. Both of them have trained thousands of professionals and now with great zeal and enthusiasm, they are devoted to writing self-help books to create an even greater impact and change in society.
