About the author
Following his English Language and Literature undergraduate study, completing a postgraduate degree without thesis in the same field and another postgraduate degree on English Language Teaching with thesis, Kaplan has earned the title of Doctor of Pedagogics in 2001 as a result of his doctorate study on language learning methods and pedagogics.
Succesfuly completing his Psychology degree (in English Language), Kaplan has put more focus on the fields of Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, Criminal Anthropology and Neuro-Linguistics.
Kaplan, who has participated 3 TEDx conferences as a speaker, is still being invited as a guest speaker to various prestigious organizations in and out of the country.
Kaplan, who has published a large number of academic books, many of which are used as course books abroad in the related fields in English, Russian and Kazakh languages, has published a total of 26 books by October 2019.
Actively teaching martial arts at the same time, Kaplan still continues his position at Turkish Wushu Federation as the President of Wing Chun Education Committee.
Kaplan is fluent in English, Russian, Polish and Kazakh, as he also speaks German and Chinese at basic level.
Kaplan is currently working as the Director of School of Foreign Languages along with other management positions at Antalya Bilim University.
