I am going it is something that I have missed, but what this book calls a D chord is what every other text calls a C chord. There is probably a good reason for this. The writing is good and things are well explained. My issues with the text can easily be resolved with correct chord labeling.

I bought the downloaded version of this book and I am thoroughly disappointed. I BOUGHT THE BOOK AND TO MY DELIGHT IT IS CORRECT... I DONT KNOW WHY THE CHORD DICTIONARY IS ALL WRONG IN THE DOWNLOADED VERSION COMPARED TO THE ACTUAL BOOK... DO NOT BUY DOWNLOADED VERSION ITS CHORD DICTIONARY IS WRONG COMPARED TO THE ACTUAL BOOK.
