Ratings and reviews

I was gonna give it 2 stars when I thought we're gonna skip Holt's emotional baggage story. I hated when movies/dramas tell us something happened instead of showing us. Important events shouldn't be "behind the scenes". I'm glad this story didn't do that. The couple's story was pretty average, it's a common plot. Their reconciliation with their respective families bears as much weight, if not more than their love story. I was can definitely imagine being in Izzy's shoes when she gave those letters.

Addison Moore has a smash hit with these books. Not too naughty for some of you, but the sweetness and romance is there. I love the characters that overlap through the books. Another well done book.

I liked the story but at times it got a little wordy. The part about the father almost had me in tears and that was probably Moore's best writing in the book. It was an emotional scene. I'm glad that she wrote about older characters!
