This volume was absolutely boring. everything felt so forced (no pun intended) from the bi/lesbian past of the two new characters introduced in the comics to the lets make the girls save the day. it didn't flow. I'm not opposed to strong female characters kicking ass but this comic just didn't hit the spot. the writing felt lazy and bad while the art didn't compliment it. it starts out strong with the annual but it felt like a hodgepodge after a great crossover which felt like it was there to build hype, and the hype didn't deliver. The next volume is much better I recommend that instead..

Not too bad. The annual #1 and the standalone Kenobi issue were the bright spots, but still good.

Secret prisons, ethical dilemmas, unlikely team-ups, flashbacks with Obi-Wan *and* expanding the universe by having nonheterosexual relationships discussed on page! What's not to love?
