About this ebook

“Taboo romance at its best! LESSONS IN SIN is another dark masterpiece by Pam Godwin!” - JB Salsbury, New York Times bestselling author

As Father Magnus Falke, I suppress my cravings. As the headteacher of a Catholic boarding school, I’m never tempted by a student. Until her...

I became a priest to control my impulses.

Then I meet Tinsley Constantine.

The bratty princess challenges my rules and awakens my dark nature. With each punishment I lash upon her, I want more. In my classroom, private rectory, and bent over my altar, I want all of her. There’s no absolution for the things I’ve done.

One touch risks everything I stand for. My faith. My redemption. And even my life.

As if that could stop me. I need her pain, and her heart, and she needs my lessons in sin.

“Pam once again blends sensuality with sin and delivers a scorching hot romance. I feel like I sinned with every page! 5 delicious, devious stars!” - Pepper Winters, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author

This book is a delicious forbidden/taboo treat. Father Magnus made me want to behave badly so he could discipline me. He had an interesting background that had piqued my interest from the very beginning. Father Magnus was never tempted by any of the girls in the school until Tinsley. I felt bad for her and wanted her to be able to get out of her mother's clutches. Caroline Constantine is unlikable, but I was surprised that I didn't like Perry. I think I was most upset about that than any else. It took me some time to get into the book, mainly because of the huge age gap between Magnus and Tinsley. At first I didn't feel like she was mature enough to be with someone a bit more than twice her age. I was having mixed feelings about it. I wasn't sure if she was ready to be in a relationship with a man like Magnus. However, she grew on me and didn't mind the age gap so much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 Oh, how I have missed the Midnight Dynasty World. It was absolutely marvelous to be welcomed back by Pam Godwin's scandalous offering of Father Magnus and Tinsley Constantine's story. The pairing of these two is highly forbidden for so many reasons and they are an unlikely match. However, I don't believe that two people could be more right for each other than this tortured priest and the youngest member of the Constantine empire. Pam Godwin has taken forbidden dark notes and turned them into a pyrotechnic symphony that literally blew me away. This story is not for the weak hearted or those afraid to witness a bit of darkness. But the wonderful thing about darkness is that it allows a place where the light can break through. The stellar collision that is Tinsley and Father Magnus is blinding and perfectly breathtaking.

This is another good story in the Constantine world. This time it's Tinsley's turn. I'm not usually a huge fan of teacher/student stories so that is why it ranked down a little for me but it is filled with rich, complex characters.
