If you are brand new to a digital device such as a smart phone or tablet then this book will get you started. But you still have other options that are less than this. Now if you have event owned a smart phone, tablet, or even iPod touch. Then this book is not worth a 2nd look. It's just not worth $16. I wish that I could get a my money back.

The Sample only shows you the list of Chapters & "About the Author". How does that equal being able to check a few pages (that matter) of the book out, to see if it's any good?! If I could have seen some of (maybe even just 10 of them) the pages that showed an example or two (at least in part) of how it teaches you something about the device and I liked what I saw, then I would have bought it (even though it is pricey for an electronic book). But not now, since I flipped through a bunch of sample pages and still have no clue if it's any good, since as I said, all I saw was a list of chapters (which doesn't tell me if they're any good or not) and an "About the Author" section. Yea, what a great "sample"! Not!
