I thought it was very good. I also thought it was very long ,You have to have patience. That is only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I enjoy all Of Nora s books .I also love her JD Robb Book's. Great Storyline just a little long. ☆☆☆☆

I agree w/some of the comments...unnecessarily looong and at times i found overly descriptive at the most uninteresting parts...i've definitely read better!

This is Nora Roberts at her best. I cried and I laughed and I rooted for this family. It had suspense and this was one of the easiest reads ever because I couldn't put it down. Part were disturbing but told in an adult and classy way that let us feel the characters horrible life as a captive but didn't cross the line into too much info. If you never read another book by this author attest read this one
