About this ebook
本計畫藉由提升幹線公車客運可靠度、於最後一哩路導入共享運輸之服務模式，改善花東地區偏鄉公共運輸服務之品質與覆蓋率。藉由導入公車客運準點到站提升機制及推動站牌結合動態資訊，降低民眾候車之不確定感，增進民眾使用公共運輸意願；共享運輸服務是整合在地多元車輛提供最後一哩路之小眾運輸服務，本計畫亦建立共享運輸服務媒合機制及作業方式(SOP)，可供其他偏鄉部落推動在地共享運輸之參考。 本計畫主要成果包含完成3家花東公車客運業者準點到站提升輔導及路線準點率提升至70%以上、完成花東地區3處偏鄉部落在地多元車輛共享服務試辦，公共運輸服務空間覆蓋率達80%以上、建置花東旅運資訊查詢系統及花東公車客運站牌QR Code即時到站資訊查詢平台。
