I was drawn to this book because of the description. I got hooked because Jasper is a veterinarian. I'm so glad that I read this book. I was invested right from the beginning. Kessed always had her sights on her best friend's brother, but to him she's just like a sister. Then Jasper enters her life while she's house-sitting and things get quite interesting. I loved the banter between Jasper and Kessed. The characters and the story made me gobble this book right up.
