Each story is preceded by a well-matched quote that is food for 🤔thought in itself. The author’s narrative style gives you the feeling of reading a Ruskin Bond book, no less! The stories have something for everyone's taste, not an easy feat for a writer to achieve. Some are ❤️romantic, 🫂warm and 💗heart-touching, 🥹nostalgic, some have fantastical Alice in Wonderland feel and others have 👻supernatural and 🙏spiritual elements. About the author
R. Premkumar hails from the Nilgiris. Adventuring into the sholas, treading into the pine forests, climbing the hills, and sauntering into the long winding muddy trails were his favourite pastimes. He had his early education in Breeks and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Indunagar, Ooty. He is an alumnus of Madras Christian College, Chennai. He is an athlete, poet, educationist, elephant enthusiast, and motivational speaker. His work has taken him across the country, including the Northeast. He is presently the Principal of JNV Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. This anthology of short stories, Puffs and Pachyderms, is his second book.
